Inner Flames is a reminder that even during life’s busiest seasons, there is still warmth, strength and light within us.
This winter, join us at The Bathhouse in Douglas Park for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect and spend a few hours focusing on yourself for a change.
Surrounded by warm mineral pools, nourishing food and a welcoming community of women, you’ll be invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply be.
Whether you come with friends or arrive on your own, you’ll be welcomed into a room full of women seeking the same thing:

Spend the evening moving between heated mineral pools, spa, sauna and steam room, enjoying meaningful conversations and moments of calm while taking everything at your own pace.
As the sun begins to set, we’ll gather around the fire for a gentle release ritual — an opportunity to acknowledge something you’re ready to let go of and create space for what comes next.
No pressure.
No expectations.
Just a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself.
Throughout the evening, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy a range of optional wellness experiences including roaming sound healing, guided breathwork and cold water immersion.
These experiences are available for those who wish to participate, however there is absolutely no expectation to take part.
You may choose to simply soak, relax, connect and enjoy the evening in whatever way feels right for you.

This is a women-only wellness and connection experience.
No prior experience with breathwork, cold water immersion or wellness practices is required.
All wellness experiences are completely optional and can be enjoyed at your own pace.
