Hi! I'm Maria - I'm a Full Spectrum Doula, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Mum to 3 incredible, wild, kind and loving kids! I have been helping families build community and navigate pregnancy, birth and familyhood since 2021.
But, I have found that no matter how many couples I support in-person, there are hundreds more in our communities that didn't have access to independent birth education and the expertise of a doula to call upon. So, I've created online tools, workshops and community to help couples access the information and resources they need to feel empowered throughout their pregnancy, in the birth space and in the early years of familyhood.
